Baseplate .dxf's

In the Free Shit! section, you’ll find several baseplate .DXF files, along with a PDF that includes the baseplate dimensions. All of these baseplates are designed to work with either HeadLok fasteners or 1/4”–5/16” Tapcon fasteners.

Each baseplate is designed to sleeve over the tube, which helps with alignment and prevents water from pooling inside the tube. To account for variations between plasma and laser cutting tables, all dimensions are oversized by 1/16”.

I typically cut these baseplates from 1/4” steel, and they’ve worked very well for me.
